WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICES?

Space Project is a consultancy company. We prepare all the needed interior design documents and plans for the project. We are currently preparing the requirements for us to do the fit-out works and construction. An update will be posted soon.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

The fees for our services would vary depending on the unit area, scope, location, and complexity of the work. Like every interior designer in the Philippines, Space Project charges per square meter.

WHAT ARE THE INCLUSIONS IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL FEES?

Space Project professional fee includes the interior design plans and interior design-related services only unless otherwise stated.


Other plans, like architectural and engineering, shall be referred or consulted to our professional partners.

WHAT CITIES DOES THE SPACE PROJECT WORK IN?

We can provide interior design services nationwide.


Note: The client shall be charged with transportation, food, lodging, and other fees not stated in the interior design contract.

CAN SPACE PROJECT HELP US WITH FURNITURE SHOPPING AS WELL?

Yes, provided that FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) sourcing is stated in the contract.

CAN YOU WORK ON A TIGHT BUDGET?

We can work on a realistic budget in a practical situation. Space Project sets the acceptable standard of professionalism in doing business. 

I DON'T KNOW WHAT STYLE I WANT – CAN YOU STILL HELP?

Yes! We base our designs on clients' preferences before working on the details.

DO WE NEED TO USE YOUR CONTRACTOR OR ARCHITECT? CAN YOU MANAGE THE ENTIRE PROJECT?

No, you can opt to look and source for your contract or architect to handle the construction or fit-out works. We can, and it depends on the projects that the company has. Space Project usually advises its clientele to hire another professional for project management.

WHY IS THERE AN INTERIOR DESIGN FEE AND SEPARATE CHARGE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT?

The separate fees indicate the different scope of work. Talk to your interior designer if you want to include project management fees in your contract.

CAN YOU INTEGRATE MY FAVORITE PIECES OF FURNITURE OR ACCESSORIES INTO THE DESIGN?

Yes, as long as it matches the approved style.

WHAT IF THE INTERIOR DESIGNER IMPOSES THEIR IDEAS INSTEAD OF GETTING MY PERSONAL TASTE?

Space Project will never impose ideas against the client's will. We will always comply and impose design ideas compliant with the standard practice and the codes.

WHAT IF AN INTERIOR DESIGNER SUGGESTS A STYLE I DON'T LIKE?

An interior designer as a service professional will propose or suggest a style that they think would suit your taste. If the proposal doesn't work, you can always ask for revisions. Kindly refer to the contract for the number of revisions stated.

ISN'T HIRING AN INTERIOR DESIGNER VERY EXPENSIVE? HOW CAN AN INTERIOR SAVE ME MONEY?

Very expensive? I think repetitive mistakes on-site are very expensive. Hiring a professional to prepare all the needed requirements before construction saves you time and money. Composing the requirements and plans avoids costly mistakes on site.

GENERAL NOTE

​Engineering fees are not included (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary).

Site visits will cost 2,000.00 within the Metro area and 3,500.00 outside of the Metro area (Metro Manila and Western Visayas). Charges will be waived once a contract with Space Project is signed. The client is responsible for all site visits that require air and sea travel, as well as food and lodging.

The Space Project will not start until the contract is signed and the acceptance fee is paid.
